Mr. Castonguay’s practice is mainly centered on Civil Law, Employment Law and Administrative Law. Member of the Quebec Bar since 1974, he joined our law firm when Castonguay White Brassard merged with ML Avocats in 2001. Throughout the years, Mr. Castonguay has become a specialist in labour relations within the health sector and has also participated in numerous collective agreement negotiations in the public sector.

During the last few years, he has found a new interest in the field of Construction Law. In that capacity, he has been involved in several class actions suits on behalf of consumers, where his patience and empathy were assets to his clients. Mr. Castonguay has also been on the Board of Directors of the Office of Consumer Protection for many years.

Mr. Castonguay is persistent and tirelessly pursues his work without fail. Since his arrival at ML Avocats, he has brought with him a diversified practice sustained by 33 years of priceless experience.
