Although our offices are currently closed, the entire team remains available for working home. We invite you to favor the technological means to reach us (email, phone and fax). Meetings will be held via conference call. All of our services remain active.
Over the past few days, we have taken several steps to ensure the well-being and safety of our employees and meet our clients needs. Our lawyers are working remotely and will be happy to answer your questions during this current situation.
You can reach our lawyers by email or by phone. Please note that the response time may be longer than normal, and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
You can find our attorneys’ contact information at the following link: https://mercierleduc.com/en/lawyers/. They might provide you their cellular number to facilitate the communication.
Note that court clerks treat files on a case-by-case basis and apply the urgency criterion differently to allow the filing and initiation of legal proceedings. For example, court clerks in the Montreal courthouse strictly apply the urgency criterion, while in other districts, this criterion is applied with more flexibility.
